[ipHouse Announce] Default mailbox quota increase!

As of late this afternoon, the default mailbox quota has been
increased from 100MB to 250MB.

If you have purchased extra space for your mailbox in the past, your
quota will be increased by another 150MB.

This upgrade is also being applied to customers who manage their own
email addresses on our cluster.  If you are a domain mailbox
administrator, you will also see this upgrade to the mailboxes you
currently have created on our email cluster.

Any special quota considerations put in place for temporary upgrades
or other situations will *not* be upgraded with the 150MB quota
increase.  This will affect less than 1% of the mailboxes hosted on
our email cluster and will *not* affect the vast majority of customers
but is being posted for completeness.
